Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or modification

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order details
  • Detailed information about the problem
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error, CazarShop will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange products that are:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure.
